End of File of a flat file

Hi guys, I have a problem I don't know how to indicate a new line in
an out flat file I have something like this


text1,text2,text3

but I need an enter after that .

Somebody can help me pleaseee!!!!

because when the file is created, it doesn't specify the new line, and
I don't know how to fix this.
